Developing Discipline was created over coffee.

Angela and Jenn are great friends ..
They share a love of raw unfiltered conversation and fresh brewed coffee.
One day, Angela was talking about her struggle to get back on track with eating for long term health and vitality.
Angela said, "What I need is some good ole fashioned discipline."
Both Angela and Jenn know that discipline is the bridge to get you from your struggle into the flow of a fresh new desired habit.
Discipline fuels the momentum of a new habit.
Jenn then shared areas of her life where she was struggling to make optimal changes .. like getting past trauma around money.
She agreed that she could use some good ole fashioned discipline too.
They agreed. Everyone experiences two kinds of change.
- Easy Flowy change and Challenging Struggly change.
*Yup we made up the word struggly.
Jenn has her body habits nailed. Angela has her mindset habits nailed.
And yet, they both have their struggly habits too.
Deeper discussion sparked an idea.
Angela and Jenn began sharing common struggles their clients faced.
Struggles such as:
- Making, managing and saving money.
- Communicating clearly and courageously.
- Staying focused and committed to get things done.
- Weight gain and muscle loss.
- Anxiety, depression and negative thinking.
- Courage to put themselves out there.
- Overwhelm, fatigue, apathy, disillusionment.
- Fears, addictions and facing obstacles.
The biggest two ..
- Giving up when their mind gets uncomfortable.
- Focusing on what's going wrong instead of what's going right.
That's when it hit them .. they weren't the only ones needing this right now.
