Hi, I'm Angela ..

I hold a 500 Hr Certification in Kundalini Tantra Yoga and have taught classes and teacher trainings since 2010.

I studied 2 lineages of kundalini philosophy and learned from 2 teachers who merged their lifetimes of knowledge and experience into one cohesive training.

Once I completed, they invited me to teach the teachers along with them and my learning deepened.

Then I returned to Canada .. and continued.

An organic process of awakening has begun.

Our environment (with increased solar activity) is causing excess energy to run through the electromagnetic fields of our planet and our bodies.

This induces information to the surface.

Having a framework to understand and process this experience makes it easier and more meaningful.

I want to support you by sharing these teachings.

I've shifted into coaching.

I train Leaders in Life and Business to enter PEAK FLOW to achieve radical impact and results.

While I do offer an online class derived from kundalini teachings, I have no foreseeable plans to offer another yoga teacher training. (Maybe when I retire)
