MY STORY ...
In 2007, I left a 6-figure corporate career and a 26 year marriage to travel the world and break limits.
I was determined to improve myself and my life.
Egypt, France, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, Sedona all dropped me into the unknown.
As I travelled, I trained: Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Plant and Energy Medicine (and more).
My adventure became a masters' level study in the art of Peak Flow Strategy.
Intuition, creativity, productivity and aha's became natural and heightened in flow.
I began training change-agents in 2010.
Now, I train peak flow strategy in business and life.
