Hi, I'm Angela -
Entrepreneur, explorer of consciousness, and your guide in returning to Flow.
Born with a highly sensitive nervous system, I spent much of my early life feeling unsafe in my body and the world around me.
Life's ups and downs seemed intense. One moment feeling confident and invincible - the next insecure and afraid.
Instead of retreating, I found stability in work. First teenage jobs, then businesses of my own, then managing operations for others.
While exciting and fruitful, work just wasn't enough.
In 2007, I left a 6-figure corporate gig and 26-year marriage to travel and return to Flow.
Egypt, France, Peru, Costa Rica, Sedona, Kauai .. and more, taught me to walk in the unknown, deepening my connection to self.
Eastern philosophy, kundalini yoga, breathwork, plant medicine, neuroscience, and energy work taught me to transform.
I discovered the "sweet-spot" where body, mind, and soul merge in the nervous system to work as one. I found FLOW!
